At Doto Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Garments

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
